Welcome to Awesome Honest and Christian Bookkeeper LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website awesomehonestandchristianbookkeeper.com and our bookkeeping services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

We provide bookkeeping services including, but not limited to, general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and inventory support, accounting setup, and bank/credit card reconciliation. Additional services, such as catch-up or cleanup work, may be offered for an extra fee.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent your business in financial matters.


3. Fees and Payments

  • Standard monthly bookkeeping services are currently offered at $150/month.

  • Beginning January 1, 2026, the monthly fee will increase to $185/month.

  • Catch-up bookkeeping (if your books are behind) is billed at $150 per missing month.

  • Cleanup services (if errors are found) may incur additional charges.

  • Payments may be made by check or other methods as agreed upon.

  • Late or missed payments may result in a suspension of services.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate financial information in a timely manner.

  • Maintain business accounts for transactions (personal accounts incur an additional $5/month fee).

  • Communicate promptly regarding questions or discrepancies.

We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete, late, or inaccurate information provided by you.


5. Confidentiality

We take your privacy and financial security seriously. All client information, including financial data and personal details, will be kept confidential and used solely for providing bookkeeping services.


6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for:

  • Errors or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

  • Issues outside of our control, such as third-party software errors, banking delays, or internet interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the month in which the claim arose.


7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Outstanding fees must be paid in full before termination is finalized.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Awesome Honest and Christian Bookkeeper LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.


9. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools such as Calendly, payment processors, or reporting software to provide services. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, though we do our best to ensure they are secure and reliable.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these changes.
